Dazl Hair and Beauty is a family affair - run by Jenny Skilton and daughter Kate Barrett, with Penny and Keeley completing the team as the on-site Beauty Therapist. Jenny and Kate, both experienced in the trade, decided to set up shop together soon realised they make a winning team, creating a relaxed, friendly atmostphere with a passion for hair and a commitment to clients.

Jenny: With over 40 years working in the hairdressing profession, Jenny brings a wealth of experience to Dazl, with her passion for the daring and an instinctive flair. During her career, Jenny has worked alongside John Carpenter, who was the World Cup Team Captain. Jenny is proud of the reputation Dazl has built up in such a short time (the salon opened in March 2007) and warns to be careful of what you ask for - they like to Listen at Dazl - and you might just get it!

Kate: With a Mum passionate about hair, it's no surprise that Kate has followed in her footsteps. Kate trained at West Kent College, has been working with hair for 5 years and loves a challenge! Although it was never planned for Kate and Jenny to work together, once Jenny suggested it and they found and fell in love with the premises, Kate loves working together with her Mum and building a local business in their home town of Tunbridge Wells.

Penny: An experienced Nail Technician, Penny has branched out into other beauty therapies and has taken to the therapy business like a duck to water! Penny likes to get to know clients, makes them feel comfortable and relaxed, taking time and giving attention to each individual, offering advice on treatments and after care. Keeley: Joined the team at Dazl in May 2008, Keeley has been a qualified Nail Technician for over 7 years, having trained with Alan Roy. Keeley has worked in Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells and is passionate about nails, an expert in Fibreglass and Acrylic and you can be sure your nails are in good hands!
